F3-PoM (Financial Forecasting for Peace of Mind)

Our Story

Money stress has a way of quietly shaping everyday life — influencing decisions, limiting options, and creating uncertainty about the future. I started F3-PoM to help change that.

We work with individuals and families who want clarity around their financial picture, not just advice in isolation. By building a customized personal financial forecast, we help clients understand where they are today, what the future could look like, and how today’s decisions impact long-term outcomes.

Our approach is practical, transparent, and ongoing. This isn’t about selling products or chasing perfect plans — it’s about giving people the tools and confidence to make informed decisions and regain peace of mind around their finances.

F3-PoM exists to help clients help themselves — by turning uncertainty into understanding and stress into clarity.

How F3-PoM Began

F3-PoM started as a personal tool. At the time, I was carrying significant debt and living paycheck to paycheck, so I built a simple plan to understand where my money was going and what needed to change.

Over time, that plan evolved into a comprehensive financial model and forward-looking forecast — one that made trade-offs clearer and decisions more intentional.

I began sharing the process with family and friends, working with them as early test clients. As they experienced the same clarity and progress I had, it became clear this approach could help others in a meaningful way.

That’s when F3-PoM became more than a personal system — it became a way to help people move from financial stress to confidence and control.

Founders Background

Education

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in 1994.

Over a 30-year career, I worked across manufacturing engineering, operations leadership, software system implementations, and supply chain planning. Much of that work centered on translating complexity into clear, actionable decisions — from product costing and project budgets to ROI analysis and long-term planning.

That foundation shapes how I approach financial forecasting today: structured, practical, flexible, and focused on real-world outcomes.

Tools & Methodology

We use a forward-looking financial forecasting model designed to show how today’s decisions shape tomorrow’s outcomes.

Rather than static budgets or generic advice, we build customized models that integrate income, expenses, savings, debt, and goals into one living system. We test scenarios, explore trade-offs, and update the forecast as life changes.

The result isn’t just information — it’s clarity. Clients understand why a decision works, not just what to do.

Specialization

We specialize in working with individuals and families who want confidence before making important financial decisions.

Many of our clients aren’t looking for quick fixes — they want clarity, structure, and a plan that adapts as life evolves. Whether navigating change, weighing major decisions, or simply wanting a clearer long-term view, our role is to help turn uncertainty into understanding.

This work is about empowerment — giving people the tools to make informed choices and move forward with confidence.

What This Means for You

Financial clarity isn’t about perfection or predicting every outcome — it’s about understanding where you are, what’s possible, and how today’s decisions shape tomorrow.

This approach meets you where you are and gives you a clear, grounded way to move forward with confidence.

WHO WE HELP

We work with individuals and families who feel uncertain about their financial direction — whether they’re managing debt, planning for major life changes, or thinking seriously about the future for the first time.

Most of our clients are capable, thoughtful people who want a clearer picture — and a plan they can trust.

HOW WE DO IT

Rather than offering generic advice, we build a personalized financial forecast that reflects your real life — income, expenses, goals, and trade-offs.

We use that forecast as a decision-making tool, updating it as life changes so your plan stays grounded and relevant.
