At F3-PoM (Financial Forecasting for Peace of Mind), our goal is to provide a high-quality, personalized financial forecasting experience that delivers clarity and confidence.
Because our services involve time, analysis, and customized work, the following refund policy applies:
1. Payment & Engagement
Payment secures your place in the F3-PoM process and initiates preparation for your personalized financial forecast.
2. Refunds Before Work Begins
If you request a cancellation before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund.
3. After Work Has Started
Once work has begun—including review of your submitted information, data preparation, or initial forecasting—refunds are not guaranteed and may be partially or fully non-refundable, depending on the amount of work completed.
4. After Delivery of Services
Once your financial forecast and/or related materials have been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and no refunds will be issued.
5. Client Responsibility
To ensure the best outcome:

6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Any refund requests outside the above conditions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
